Current Issue: 2024-2025
Dear Readers,
Welcome to the second issue of the SAS Research Journal (SASRJ). The SASRJ continues to serve as a teacher-supported platform for multi-disciplinary research, dedicated to recognizing the academic curiosity, rigor, and creativity of SAS students. This publication reflects the collective efforts of our student authors, peer editors, and faculty reviewers, whose collaboration has brought together diverse fields of inquiry — from environmental science and machine learning to international policy and philosophy.
With each issue, our goal remains the same: to provide a space where student research can be shared, discussed, and celebrated. By publishing these works, we hope not only to acknowledge the dedication of the authors but also to inspire others in the SAS community to explore research as a way of questioning, learning, and contributing meaningfully to the world.
We extend our sincere thanks to all contributors, as well as to the faculty members who generously offered their time and expertise in support of this publication. Your commitment continues to make the SASRJ a vibrant part of our school’s academic life.
Thank you for reading, and we hope this issue encourages you to discover new perspectives, pursue your own ideas, and engage deeply with the process of inquiry.
